I went to the Verizon store nearest me and picked up my free Google Cardboard VR goggles. I didn't want to be a mega-nerd and take all four designs so I told the guy to grab me a BB-8 one. He gave me R2 instead. At that point I had to show my "geek side" and tell him "that's not BB-8, that's R2!" and the other guy at the desk goes, "he doesn't know the difference between BB-8 and R2. You'll have to tell him the blue or the orange one" and laughed.

Needless to say, the Star Wars VR Jakku Spy experience is awesome!

While I have some high expectations of SWVII 3D, I know that it's better to go in with lower expectations and be surprised for a more entertaining experience of Star Wars VII. Hopefully most fans keep realistic expectations that this is a movie, and no movie is going to meet all expectations.

That said, I expect a great emotionally driven story and believable characters to care about with at least one good surprise, one great light saber duel, lots of Rebel vs Empire battles, and adventure to achieve something, and plenty of new creatures set to John Williams' score.

What I probably should not expect so I won't be disappointed:
-Yoda Cameo (played by Frank Oz with a real puppet as from V and VI)
-Obi Wan Kenobi Cameo (played by Ewan McGregor) (spirit form also)
-Darth Vader James Earl Jones' Voice Cameo (flashback)
-Lando Calrissian Cameo
-Boba Fett Cameo
-Flash backs to IV, V and VI
-Two or more epic light saber duels matching the style of Ray Park/McGregor
-Ray Park as a martial arts villain since Maul is long gone.

I'd like to see all of that in Star Wars VII, but they're not probable expectations so I've let it go to better enjoy the movie. If somehow they show up, even better.

Best of all, we're finally moving ahead in time with Star Wars VII instead of backwards.

When The Force Awakens comes out on blu-ray I wonder if Lucas will take his copy and make changes to the film out of habit?

The following photo surfaced online, indicating that IMAX theatres are receiving individual "IMAX Trailer Packs" that contain hard drives with trailers for "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice," "Captain America: Civil War," "Deadpool," "Independence Day: Resurgence," Jon Favreau's "The Jungle Book" and "Warcraft" to show before "The Force Awakens." now i don't know if this will happen for the regular showings.
