Great as True Detective's titles are, that type of design has been around for donkey's years (it's a staple of poster designers), although having it animated is probably a lot easier with digital technology!

I can't remember when SKY put so much effort into something other than football ...

Was just at Target, and their $1 section is loaded withall kinds of cool Star Wars stuff. I got a really nice 16 month mini calendar. I can take a pic if any one wants to see it.

And it seems as if she keeps her accent in the movie (could be wrong on that, but it sounds like that from clips). Interesting because Boyega went American.

PZ-4CO doesn't really roll off the tongue as easily like C-3PO does.

There are actually 4 different ones...but only two different monthly pics.

I love all the new background characters and droids, they've always taken a life of their own since the original movies. It's going to be great to see The Art of The Force Awakens to see all the designs.

R2-KT to Appear in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

In addition to showing the film to the late Daniel Fleetwood, it has officially revealed that Lucasfilm will honor the memory of another fan who died of cancer in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. A droid named after a young girl Katie Johnson, the daughter of 501st Legion founder Albin Johnson. Katie was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 6. In a show of support for the brave little girl, the R2 Builder’s Group created an R2-D2 unit to watch over her. However, mid-development, they decided to take it a step further and repaint the droid pink and name it after Katie, and thus R2-KT was born. Katie loved the droid, and she later passed away in peace; to this day, the droid is still around and continues to inspire young Star Wars fans suffering from serious illnesses.
