Yeah, Wednesday's gonna be a b-tch. I'm on Twitter all day long at work, so I have to be careful. Thursday I'm taking off, so I can avoid the internet til 7 PM.

The problem is the embargo is meaningless if some non-critics get to see it. They can post their thoughts immediately and without any fear of retribution for spoiling stuff. A professional movie critic would get in serious trouble if they gave away major plot points in their review without warning.

My nearest cinema won't get it until the 22nd of Jan. If I can find a way to double it up with something else I wanna see (only Mockingjay appeals) then I'll take a trip further afield a bit sooner, but I'm still not seeing it any time soon.

My theaters does reserved seating as well. But do people really sit where their seats they have been assigned?

Also, JJ Abrams reveals what he thinks is the most disturbing scene in the Star Wars Saga:

I'm the opposite of you guys in that I can't wait to dig into all those juicy spoilers. I like to have an idea of what to expect, partly because I have all these grand images of what I want to see in my mind and sometimes I need a reality check to avoid disappointment when it doesn't really match the film I hoped/expected to see. Lord knows how I'd reacted to Battle of the Five Armies for example if I'd gone in blind without knowing about Legolas' shenanigans and him basically replacing Beorn in the battle.

Even knowing roughly what happens in parts, there's still an element of surprise in seeing how it's all brought to life on screen so no, it doesn't ruin the experience for me.
