When I went to the sold-out midnight show of Sith on opening day only one dude turned up in his full Jedi outfit. Don't get much of that dress-up stuff down Croydon way.

My wife and I are both pretty fit people and she doesn't think I'm a coward when I wear my Jedi robe and pull out my "special" lightsaber as she dawns her slave Leia outfit.

I can think of lots of words that start with "c" when that action happens and none of them sounds remotely close to coward.

Truth is, if I show up to an event like that with my costume on I'm guaranteed to be the only one there with that costume on.

Meet the cast you're going to be spending the most time with. Honestly, I think the original cast members are really only going to have glorified cameos. And I don't know...something feels "off" about that picture. I'm starting to get a bit of a bad vibe...

Sounds like a wrestling finisher, but then again so does The Executor. The latter name wasn't even mentioned during the films themselves so it'd be cool if they also kept schtum about The Finalizer. Leave it for the packaging on the toys.

Han is one of the main leads. Leia and Luke are another thing, but lets see, not focusing on them the whole time may be for the best. But either way, we'll get more of them in this than in Lucas' original outline. Also ,this is just a promotional image. It's nothing to put the film's actually quality to the test about.

It's hard to see how they could drop these names into the dialogue in a way that felt natural anyhow.

Dude, it's Star Wars. There was always gonna be a landslide of merch, I just hope they've heeded the mistakes of Ep I when the market was so saturated with all manner of crap that people like DK lost a lot of money. Still, it's Star Wars.

Kidding. It's all good. Although I think I'm going to dump out of this tread until I see the film. I can see spoilers coming fast and furious over the next several months. They have my money already. I want to go in when I first see the flick as naive as possible. Fingers crossed that it's a great movie!
