Without Bob Iger as CEO, I'm not sure Disney would have bought Lucasfilm (or that Lucas would have been interested in selling to Disney).

I...don't even know how to respond to a post like this.

Edit: Okay I'll try. It's because there are huge variables when it comes to scale, sculpt quality, manufacturing, and cost.

You're going to see huge differences between $8 Hasbro 3.75" figures, $20 Hasbro 1/12 Black Series, $40 Bandai Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts 1/12 figures, and a $200 Hot Toys 1/6 figure.

The smaller figures, I understand they can't do detailed, accurate sculpts. The more larger, expensive figures...I don't get how they aren't a tad more accurate. I don't expect Hot Toys quality, that's clearly getting what you pay for territory, but I would expect them to look better than they do. When McFarlane's toys can do it at $19.99-$39.99 price tags, everyone else..especially large companies like Hasbro and the like should be able to do it too.

I think price point, sculpt/mold quality, and plastic type has a lot to do with it. Softer, cheaper plastics generally hold less detail.

Here's an example between a $20 Hasbro Black Series Stormtrooper (left) to a $40 Kaiyodo Revoltech Stormtrooper (right):

Yeah, that's what I was getting at. The smaller, cheaper figures are never gonna be great looking sculpts but the more expensive series they release should be a tad better given the process is available to make them better.

You see this is how I am when people continue to assume something that is not true.

I am looking forward to this movie. I have done a good job avoiding most trailers and all commercials.

OK Peeps... I need to post this - somewhere! Before someone else picks up on these details.

I have some theories on SW 7:TFA that I need to state online as proof I thought of it first (yes, the things that go on in my head are scary).

1. Rey's staff... is a lightsaber. Either at 1 end, or both! Looking closely at stills of her and promotional material, the end looks very much like a lightsaber - especially like Darth Maul's (after it was split!) But anyway, the important thing is, I bet my left pinky knuckle hair that Rey's staff has at least one lightsaber on it. And she is without a doubt a Jedi, so she will have one regardless at some point. I think a sweet reveal will happen when she turns that sucker on and starts pounding on some baddies!

2. The 2nd teaser we got for SW 7, there is a clip of someone handing someone else Anakin/Luke's lightsaber. The person it gets handed to is Rey. Why do I think/know this? Because in the trailer you will see the hand that it goes to is a.)female obviously, b.)has a large and long metal ring on it of distinct shape, and c.) the shape of that ring is the same that Daisy Ridley wears during the San Diego Comic Con SW7 Panel! Perhaps a costume prop she was able to keep?

Don't be hatin, I'm just super excited and ya'll can't take that away from me!

Whoever sculpted the Black Series Han Solo figure apparently used reference photos of David Duchovny.

The lightsaber is handed to Leia. It vould be a lightsaber staff but i doubt it. She is not a Jedi yet.

The theory of the staff being a lightsaber is already floating around on the internet.

The staff looks like a throwback to Leia's BOUSHH diguise in RotJ?

Is there any difference in The Clone Wars, Episodes 1-6 comic versions over the Clone Wars TV series and the Star Wars movies?
