You shouldn't expect any Luke in the trailers or tv spots. If you want to know why read below. What's in the spoiler tags doesn't reveal any twists or spoil anything major like that.

[Show spoiler]He is only in TFA very very briefly. There is a brief flashback of an event that happened in between ROTJ and TFA. Luke is briefly in that flashback. The only other scene he has is the very last scene of the film. He is only in that scene for the last 20-30 seconds, give or take, and then the credits roll.

But it's a safe bet that Han, Chewie, and Leia will be in the final trailer.

I'm also very excited to see Drew Struzan's final TFA poster.

Still unconfirmed though. Personally I would like to see it end with another celebration where the heroes are honored.

So....not confirmed, then. You might not be aware, but there's a counter rumor that these sites got played, and

Yeah. I'm not talking about those sites. If it happens I'll eat crow, but there's nothing that I've seen or read to lead me to believe in the second rumor. I'd certainly LOVE that ending more though. That'd be nice!

It's second-hand stuff, Gamma. We're a little more than sixty days out and this thing is going to spring 1000 leaks. The "counter-rumor" is (allegedly) from a second-hand source from someone who read the galleys of the novelization. As another JJ film said, "Buckle up." The real truth is gonna be known sooner rather than later. And yeah, I'm pulling for the "counter-rumor" as well.

I think they'll be more grounded and less acrobatic. I don't expect Luke to be bouncing around like Yoda did in Episodes II and III.

Hence the reason why I want to stay off of the internet for the next two months. Once they have a final cut, more and more people are going to see the movie. Hell, I hate the fact that the premiere is 3 days before! I want to know NOTHING!!!

AMC is saying that The Force Awakens is rated PG-13. But then again it also says the runtime is 3 hours 45 minutes so that's that.
