Yeah, I just saw that too. It's so wonderful to actually see him really enjoying himself and the fandom. I think comic con really changed the way he saw this stuff. I mean, it's Harrison Ford. He doesn't "act happy" for anyone or anything. He only does it when he means it.

That or he either took quite a knock on the head from the plane crash and it flipped his personality switch.

Someone on Facebook suggested he was visited by the Christmas Ghosts and that explains his current persona.

That's certainly possible too. Either way, it's nice that it happened. Cause I was tired of grouchy Harrison!

Oooh! I wonder if that's the trooper Daniel Craig plays? More effort in this than Spectre! XD

I realize that I am going to be in the VAST minority here (heck, I may be the only one), but I found that "hell no" response from Finn in that TV spot to be a little bit off-putting. It just seemed out of place in a Star Wars movie. I think in all 6 of the other movies, there is maybe 1-2 "damns," and no other "profanity" of any kind. So it seems tonally off to start including it in the Star Wars movies now. I know JJ has said over and over that they were going to try and match the tone and feel of the original trilogy. To me, that line seemed out of place.

I'm sure I will see lots of comments.

oh I thought he said "I don't know." Not a fan of "hell no" either, just seems odd in Star Wars.

"Hell" is considered profanity?

Han did say "We'll see you in Hell" at the beginning of Empire when he went out to look for Luke.

I guess I stand corrected - there are a couple "hells" and a couple "damns" in the current 6 Star Wars movies.

It's not that I'm "offended" by it - I am just hoping for consistency in tone. That line just felt out of place to me. But if TFA has only a couple damns and hells, I'll be good.

He definitely sounded quite reluctant, and I thought he said, "I don't know."

Saying hell no in that tome wouldn't really help convey the emotion they were probably going for if that had written those words into the script.

Yeah, and fear is pretty evident on his face. I think "I don't know" maybe would have fit better. It wouldn't have seemed odd to me the way "hell no" did. But I haven't seen that scene in context yet, so we'll have to wait and see.

Don't forget there are other made up words from alien languages scattered throughout the films that come off as implied profanity as well. And let's be honest...if we could speak Wookiee there would be much more swearing. Chewbacca is cursing like a sailor in the majority of his lines!
