I have the original TT release, the Australian release, and now it looks like I'll be buying the new TT!! I'm a sucker for this movie. Now they need to give us part 2!!!

From what's listed in the Twilight Time thread, December 30th at 4pm, which is a Tuesday.

I find that people read the date and quickly forget, and ask again as it gets closer to the pre-order date, and you know there will be lots of people who will miss this. I just want to make sure I don't forget, with the holiday season approaching, it's very easy to forget.

Write it down so you wont forget. Its 5000 copies anyway so this wont sell out too quickly.. maybe 1 to 2 days..it will sell out no question about that

I estimate 1-2 weeks..
There are people that won't double dip, and others have also the European editions.

Speaking of the Europeon version, I was hoping TT would've used the red/orange font from the German BD. I really like that image...but as it stand, I'm quite happy to finally own this, since I missed out the first go around.

So when are the other re-releases going up for pre-order? Do we know yet? And, at the risk of sounding naive, what are the other ones being re-released? I think I heard Journey to the Center of the Earth and The Mysterious Island, right?

I'm not sure about Mysterious Island (then again, I'll admit I've been kinda out of the loop on Twilight Time title announcements recently, so I could be wrong).

I know for a fact that Fright Night, Journey To The Center Of The Earth and Christine are all getting rereleased (the latter annoys me a little, since my copy's autographed by both Keith Gordon and John Carpenter).

why would you be annoyed by christine rerelease? it already has a sony rerelease that has everything the TT release got. for 40% or less of the TT price...

It's moreso a small annoyance that I bought the original TT release, which was autographed by Keith Gordon, and then later autographed by John Carpenter, and now a new release is coming out with more extras (something TT has already confirmed). I tend to be a completist when it comes to on-disc content, so naturally I feel compelled to order the new release for the new extras, even though I already have the previous one.

Like I said, it's just a small annoyance; not a big deal at all...
