I got all the way through the agonizingly slow process with PayPal to the final Make Payment page... and that's when it finally gave out.

The money is still in my account and no completed transaction listed, but should it get botched, I literally don't have enough in there to make another order right now.

I've waited three years for another chance to own this.

Finally got two copies ordered!

One for me and one for a good friend that couldn't get away from work to order.

Everyone that is struggling, please just keep trying because I was frustrated at first as well and it finally just worked in about a 3 minutes span.

Does SAE charge your credit card when the order goes though or when they ship the item?

Site appears to have sped up a bit, maybe they pulled in another server or some such. Anyway, finally went through. That was unnecessarily complicated.

I think it's ok - I had ordered the expanded "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" soundtrack from them a few weeks back using Paypal. I just checked the Paypal receipt for that and it didn't list the title in the description. The CD showed up and all is good, so we should be kosher.

Whoever said they got through easier on their phone was right on the money. After almost an hour on my desktop, I went ahead and tried on my iPhone instead and got through the entire process in less than a few minutes. Order received and confirmed!

It seems like the site it up (for now), but for those who are having trouble, use this link. It worked wonders for me: http://www3.screenarchives.com/title...-PER-CUSTOMER/. Adding the "3" after "www" seems to bypass the freezing issue.

What a joke... It took me 1 full hour to get a confirmation page saying my order went through. That's 52 minutes since the movie went up. Had this been limited to 1 per customer for the first 24hours like it should have been I would have waited until tonight to order, but even at 3 per customer I didn't want to take any chances.

Just found this on their site:

Payment details. Credit cards are pre-authorized but not captured until we ship the order. Check or PayPal payments are required at time of order.

The server keeps changing. I had a 3, a 1, a 2, and now another 1 before my order finally went through.
