On that page, it says a director interview and "filming photos".

I'm assuming the interview ain't English friendly or it has forced French subs.

Norte is solid but def one of his lesser films. In addition to it and A Lullaby to the Sorrowful Mystery, there's also Batang West Side (Edition Filmmuseum, DVD; Kani, Blu-ray) and Death in the Land of Encantos (Dissidenz)

I have this release. Amazing film but quite disappointing extras. It's not even really an interview but just him responding to a few prompts, and it's less than 2.5 minutes long total. His responses are in English with forced French subs

I have the UK BD of Norte but not got round to watching it yet. The only film of his I've seen was the one that was at the Covid London Film Festival where some films were ONLY shown on BFI player which is where I saw Genus Pan which I enjoyed. Would love to see more of his films get UK releases including his long (5hr+) films.

Is there a list of his films that have had English friendly releases, be it DVD or BD? I know New Wave Films released Norte on BD in the UK & Kani did Batang West Side on BD in the US.

The other two I mentioned are English friendly as well, A Lullaby and Death in the Land

Alpha (Julia Ducournau) - Enjoyed her Palme d'Or winning film at the LFF.
Reflection in a Dead Diamond (Hélčne Cattet and Bruno Forzani) - Eurospy homage. This will be a straight to streaming release from Shudder at some point later this year.
Decorado (Alberto Vázquez) - Enjoyed his previous film Unicorn Wars at the LFF
Magellan (Lav Diaz) - The king of the long film. During post-production the footage was divided in two feature films, with this being the first (160 mins), while an untitled second film will have a 9-hour cut featuring Beatriz's side of the story.
I was lucky enough to see both THE ICE TOWER and REFLECTION IN A DEAD DIAMOND at the Melbourne International Film Festival last month, and both films are outstanding.
I actually think REFLECTION is Cattet and Forzani’s best film yet; it all comes together beautifully at the end.

Managed to get tickets to get LFF tickets to the following after a LONG wait in the queue. Looking forward to all of them.

Alpha
Reflection in a Dead Diamond
Magellan
The Ice Tower - This is being released on BFI Player in January.

ALL 3 screenings of the other film I wanted tickets for, The Voice of Hind Rajab, had sold out. Hope there's some more tickets for this available at some point.

Yeah that was a long and stressful wait in the queue this morning! I too picked up tickets for Alpha, Magellan and The Ice Tower and a few others I wanted very much (including Claire Denis' The Fence, Kelly Richard's Mastermind).

Missed on Jafar Panahi's It Was Just An Accident and Joachim Trier's Sentimental Value, but these are both MUBI so I'm hoping they should get a decent mainstream release (and perchance a physical release too).
