I just went ahead & ordered it anyway along with Ken Russell's Gothic in the BFI sale just as the sale was ending.

Need to see what Flipside titles I'm missing & hopefully get them soon before they sell out of the booklet.

Too late to be of any help but for reassurance purposes -I ordered Full Circle from the BFI sale and it arrived today with slip and booklet. Chocolat also arrived with a booklet

My order arrived yesterday & Full Circle arrived with the BFI store offer price (£22.99) sticker on it as well as one of those white security store things you see in the UK. I'm assuming my Flipside title has the whole hog in it.

Scala no longer comes with a booklet.

Per the Facebook group, Betrayed, Comes a Horseman, Look Back in Anger (but not the Woodfall boxset) and Every Picture Tells a Story are now OOP. Some of these are MGM licenses.

It would be nice, especially with the Eggers movie coming out this year. I wonder if they will be releasing Aguirre in UHD.

I think the 1979 bit was somewhat of a clue as to which movie already.

If you wanna play though, only the English language version is called that.

Shout Factory are starting to do Herzog films in 4K, I notice, starting with Aguirre (my favourite). I wonder if BFI will be tempted to upgrade a couple?

Come to think of it, I do prefer the English version. Not because it’s in English, but because some of the scenes are better, in particular the scene where Nos runs across the plaza

I’m sure it’s been answered but could someone confirm how the “standard edition” of Get Carter 4K comes.

I’m assuming same discs but no poster / booklet / art cards / hardbox.

Is it packaged in a slipcover?

It comes in a standard clear case (not Scanavo but whatever brand took over after Amaray) with both discs (film on 4K and the bonus features on BD) but no booklet or other material.

I actually prefer these clear cases over the horrible black/blue which became the stock blu ray and 4K cases. They look more elegant to me when on the shelf.

Pretty much what I expected — thanks for confirming.
