If the disc content is exactly the same, I'd be shocked if they fixed the video. The European discs of THE INTERVIEW had different language and subtitle options, and dropped the brief video introduction from the American edition, so they had to make a completely new disc master, making it easier to correct the faulty video.

The Interview Sony BD from Brazil, Germany and France / Netherland are fixed.

Unfortunately, the disc form Central and Eeaster Europe is not (Croatia / Czech Republic / Estonia / Poland / Slovenia/ Ukrain / Bulgary / Portugual / Iceland / Greece


As for Annnie, all of the above are fixed.

Very good of you. The listing for FURY should show that the Polish version, which I own, is corrected. It is region-free and the automatic English subs can be disabled.

Is it confirmed by anyone that owns the Scandinavian disc of My Girl, that it's the same faulty transfer?
Despite that it has the same subtitles and languages as other releases, they could have corrected it since it was released 2 months after the other European releases..

I do agree. It is still possible that the scandinavian release got fixed. But I also think it's very unlikely. A confirmation would be great anyway.

Other than that, right now I'm hoping that a yet to be announced UK release of 'My Girl' will get fixed.

Definitely. I thought that title was originally included in this list, no? I've seen it referenced with those other three "New Releases" in a few places with regards to the black crush issue, so I think it should be included here too (released 10/14).

...and they're fixing only the "international" (non-U.S.) ones at that. Getting rather annoying now, as I don't import, and I refuse to buy Fury, The Interview and Annie until Sony gets 'em fixed here too!
