That IMAX article is funny stuff, focusing solely on 15/65 as if it’s still the main thing that sets “filmed in IMAX” apart from everything else, as opposed to taking whatever digital camera and slapping an IMAX sticker on it.

Hey,

Not sure if this is the right forum.
However I'm fairly knew to UHD HDR and 4K.

I have to express my frustration that once again we are into another digital format and we still have have digital aliasing.

Examples: LOTR Fellowship. Beginning of the film. Look at the creases of the map.
BR2049 has it in the grills as the replicant is born.
New Justice League has it in spots.

I really thought this crap would be gone now. We are onto our fourth generation of spinning disc.
