If not Saturday, Sunday guaranteed. Nah, Saturday fo shure...it's in the bag.

As for the grand finale; it all depends ... how many viewings people will attend to.
And other stuff too, of course...how long the run and the number of venues.

They meant PLF, as in Premium Large Format. IMAX, Dolby Cinema, RPX, XD, 4DX, ScreenX.

BS, that is factually incorrect. Maverick is objectively, empirically, statistically, superior to Morbius by any qualitative facet.

I think I would have added ‘overwhelmingly’

Do opinions vary? Yes obviously, unless it's someone saying Morbius is better than Maverick.

Movies are like cars; some they turn us on, others we can pass.
What one's like is not our business but hers.
What one's hate is the same.
We hurt no one and no one hurts us.

It is what it is, inevitably.

Yup, Top Gun: Maverick is a $1.4 billion flick. ...More than I expected...by roughly $50 million. ...Lithium-ion batteries, fine tuned with a well implemented processor chip, ...Apple iPhone 13 Pro IMAX.

It's amazing.

Interesting story on how Kosinski and other directors work with the brains behind the 4DX theaters to create a customised theatrical experience

Inside 4DX: Meet the Masterminds Making Movie Theater Seats Shake, Spray, Wobble and Roll

Quote:
“We work with filmmakers or studio representatives to make sure that the quality is there,” Kim shares. “We worked directly with director Joseph Kosinski on ‘Top Gun: Maverick.’ He was in our theaters, in our screening room, testing and making sure everything is to his vision on how the film should play.”

They don't offer a home version AFAIK. Without the 4DX programming for the seats, the best you can do is watch the movie on a rocking chair
