So only one person can sit in front of the screen, to be tracked? Not a whole family?

How many of the DV grades we're seeing on disc are there because the workflow used for the previous deliverables also provided that grade, so you already have it to use. I'm not aware of that side of the house, but Penton has provided quite a few posts that show that the Dolby process seems to support multiple grade output from a single workflow.
No mate. Dolby Vision in the cinema is not the same thing as Dolby Vision in the home, you can't just press a button and translate a 108-nit grade designed for the specific gain & contrast of Dolby Cinema's screens and projektors into a grade intended for direct-view home display at up to 4000 nits. As the video ^ posted by Penton sez, the theatrical grade is a "solid starting point" for the home grade but they really are quite different animals. It's when that home deliverable is graded to the satisfaction of all involved that the other major functions of DV like the metadata creation and subsequent generation of possibly multiple trim passes e.g. HDR10, SDR are carried out.

This is why, despite some people being told this repeatedly in threads like that for Bohemian Rhapsody, Fox can and do theatrically grade in DV but then go on to do their own thing when it comes to the consumer deliverables. One doesn't always beget the other, and vice versa of course: something like the original Cloverfield wasn't finished in DV theatrically but there it is in DV on UHD disc nonetheless.

I said "user" but that's too literal, the quoted Toshiba TV was apparently able to track up to nine (?) different viewers at once.

Default Dell & Dolby Vision

Dell's XPS 13 is its first laptop with Dolby Vision.
https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/lapt...13-9380-laptop
https://www.pcmag.com/review/365771/dell-xps-13-9380

The 13.3-inch display comes in both Full HD and 4K UHD flavors.
The new XPS 13 includes a 8th Gen Intel Core processor with UHD Graphics 620 integrated graphics processor.

As the XPS 13 does not come with HDMI but Thunderbolt DisplayPort and USB Type-C, a USB Type-C to HDMI adapter is needed to connect to an external TV according to a Dell representative.

He was a wild and crazy guy. Good times. I was a bit young in '77, but I did enjoy his albums in my misspent youth.
