I hope as Vincent does that this dual-screen tech makes its way into the home eventually from Panasonic or perhaps Sony, if my ZD9 holds out long enough then I might be able to bypass OLED completely. But I see so many people touting so many things as being the saviour of LCD (micro LED, mini LED, crystal LED, MegaCon) but where are the mass-market versions? Gah.

4K HDR projector for the price of a new 55" LG OLED TV, but also supporting 3D.

I haven't met him but the innuendos are hilarious, with or without the "ding" . He normally slips one in where he can.

He'd be proud of that one, oo-er missus etc etc.

Maybe it's just an appreciation for smutty British humour (Carry On etc) but I love those comments in his videos, not sure they even need the 'ding' any more. That one in the MegaCon video where he says that there are two things in life where bigger is better and TV sizes are one of them made me spit out my drink.

also, for those who will be attending IBC, there’s this…..https://show.ibc.org/conference-prog...kLcG7axCX_eeO4

for those not, maybe it will end up being posted on ibtv if people are smart, as that would be much more fruitful than posting superficial stills on twitter and such

Yeah, he was one of a kind. Years ago one of the radio morning shows here interviewed him. He went into all his great characters. “Game over, man!” I almost drove into a tree laughing so hard.

Don’t be coy, Roy. You’ve been keeping Sammy the pole all to yourself. You cheeky monkey, you.

Extensive damages, and expensive repairs...$2 billion.
Should they rebuild in a free-earthquake zone, like Nevada?
Who's going to pay the bill; Mexico, China, Russia, the Taliban, Iran, MbS, US taxpayers, US Air Force pension funds?

When I got time and motivation I'll check if I can locate some garden pictures...Victoria, Butchart Gardens.
