Ive skimed theough the "digital copies" and they look quite stunning. So I have a good feeling about the real deal.
So how did you get those "digital copies" again?

If anyone comes across photos of the inside of the case and how the disks are stored, can you please post? I'm debating canceling my US preorder because of the packaging alone. Thanks.

Very true, nearly as worthless as a slipcase or steelbook...

Maybe this entire thing is a marketing scheme;

Release the Blu-Ray set with a ton of Bonus Features, but the films not up to the standards of the fans. Add in scenes that are clearly awful, which can not be good in anybodys right mind. And then after the outcry, and fans have went out and bought them anyway - Lucas releases the Ultimate Edition on Blu-Ray which includes:

Star Wars (Theatrical Edition / 1997 Edition / 2004 Edition / 2011 Edition)
The Empire Strikes Back (Theatrical Edition / 1997 Edition / 2004 Edition / 2011 Edition)
Return of the Jedi (Theatrical Edition / 1997 Edition / 2004 Edition / 2011 Edition)
The Phantom Menace (Theatrical Edition / DVD Edition / 2011 Edition)
Attack of the Clones (Theatrical Edition / DVD Edition / 2011 Edition)
Revenge of the Sith (Theatrical Edition / DVD Edition / 2011 Edition)

With ALL the bonus features from the DVDs, and any and all features from the past that they can add, including from the Blu-Ray's.

And...with that...Lucas makes EVEN more money. If I was Lucas, that's how I'd do it, even if from my personal standpoint I'm a disgruntled fanboy.

The BBFC has rated some of the bonus stuff for the release.

You are forgetting he has to release a 2018 edition first... with a jar jar binks walks in with a mop and soapy water which makes the emperor slip and slide and fall to his doom... where Jar Jar then woddles over the balcony and says: 'me so sorry'.

I'm guessing there won't be an interview with the guy near me who recently won the case to keep making Stormtrooper oufits.

I just wished that within the box was the 2 trilogy boxes (as I love the artwork) & a seperate special case (the artwork to have maybe a Storm Trooper, with a collage of star fighters etc) with the extra 3 discs inside!

Oh well. Have to get this I suppose for the extra 3 discs, but damn those trilogy boxes look nice!

Hey, it was posted in the US thread. All he said is that it's the Euro version and that its a digistack. No other pics were posted. But he said he would be back later.
