He also says he opened it yet the sticker is still on the box. M sticker was on the shrink wrap. Whats up with that. I would hate having a sticker on the actual box.

Haha I spelt it wrong too

I really hate listings that try and oversell a product. At least thats what he's done in my eyes.

People know what they are looking for, thats why they will have come across the item! So as long as you post the simple facts the buyer will decide the rest without the need for the mumbo jumbo sales pitch.

If I was a buyer looking for that set, I wouldnt buy it simply based on his description. (even if it was fairly priced)

Even more laughable when they state 'no negotiating on price', like it's already cheap enough.

Words 'f*ckin' and 'idiot' spring to mind.

Everybody put it on their watch list so he thinks it's popular and then gets no sale unless someone dumb enough goes for it.

Yeah, then someone send him a message and freak him out by saying, you do realise you have so many watchers because people are wondering if there's anyone dumb enough to pay someone dumb enough to ask that price in the first place.

It's entirely possible that somebody will buy it. The person knows (or should know) that that's way overpriced, so I'm not sure what they hope to accomplish by conning someone out of that amount of money.

It's quite obvious... 100% profit.

'Who's the more foolish? The fool or the fool that follows it?' (Sorry had to get that one in).

Trouble is he would have had to pay a pretty insertion fee for a price that high plus lose 10% of it once it sells so he's only going to make his money back if that!

Seems like a big stupid waste of time to me. If he wanted his money back he shoulda just sent it back.

Bottom line for me though is that as a big collector of Star Wars merchandise, I absolutely DESPISE those that think just because it's Star Wars, it's time to make a profit or it's worth a fortune. Or even the best ones are those that have landed a few things and try to sell them as 'holy grails' to knowledgeable collectors. ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

This fool though just thinks everything he has is worth money. Check his other items..... Kick-Ass (reel heroes) £17 obo. Yeah, cheers for that. A tenner on the HMV website.

Haha. Guy doesn't know they way money works. You don't buy a car and expect to sell it 5 years later at a profit!

Does he post worldwide? Some people like to charge high prices for UK exclusives as foreigners have limited choice. But even so, anyone outside the UK can order both Star Wars and the real Heroes collection films from HMV for less. I just don't get it

Just a clown mate. I doubt it, but (as it's already been said) he might actually fool some poor bugger into buying it.

It's a shame really that ebay don't moderate for over-priced goods to protect vulnerable buyers. They were quick enough to brainwash everyone with postage charges. Wait a minute though, they can't charge their extortionate fees on postage costs. Those were the days, LOL. Buy something for a penny then the real costs were in the postage.
