Seriously. I need theatrical versions of IV-VI and I. With film grain and all. I'm about to resort to my VHS copies of those 4 for the re-watch I'm planning.

Han shooting first. All that lovely grain. No bullsh*t CGI.... Definitely worth hunting down.

Been saying this for years but Disney could save people so many headaches by providing an editing tool so we can create our own custom version of the film. I want a version that has stuff from the original and SE releases. Anyway the release they did put out has incomplete extras.

I wish Lucas would have gone further. Greedo shoots, Han ducks out of the way and the laser blast bounces around the room for three minutes and then hits Greedo in the back.

While some CGI Jawas perform another poop joke in the background.

I don't think the purpose of home video is to provide the ability to do your own fan edits.

Young George was happy to. Money does seem to stifle creativity.

The only edits I'd make would keep the films as edited originally, maybe with the Episode IV crawl from 1981. But also restore lines of dialogue to the original 70mm multi channel mix on Star Wars like Threepio's tractor beam line and "Close the Blast Doors" (also added to the SE version), but also some extra lines in The Empire Strikes Back like "Thanks Threepio" and some others from the 70mm version (also in the SE version), but keep "You're lucky you don't taste very good".

Huh?! George is not a fan, he's the creator/artist.
