Packing for a vacation and debating whether I want to go out shopping or just order food in and gear up for tonight's basketball game vs the Nuggets.

Watching the Kings vs. Flyers game GKG! Also eating some Smoked bbq chicken pizza. omg this pizza is amazing, they cook it in an oven first then finish cooking it in a smoker ... dear god its the best pizza ive ever had

That is so awesome to hear! Where to? If you'd rather not say (in public or private), I completely understand. Just glad to see that you're taking some time for you and doing something really fun!

I can't tell you how great it is to see you feeling better and happier again. I knew you'd make it through all the rough times. Just had to keep being you.

And on back on topic, I'm going over a few things on the computer and then I have to head out to the supermarket and a few other places. Hopefully it'll stop raining while I'm out.

I'm going out west to California, hopefully, for a few days if nothing gets in the way. If it does, I can reschedule my tickets on Wednesday and go on my birthday. It may be cooler than anyway as I can catch a Warriors game. But right now the plan is to leave Tuesday night.

Trying yet again to download Fellowship of the Ring onto one of my micro SD cards, for some reason it keeps failing. Guessing the 5.8 GB size has something to do with it but it's still annoying.

Certain file systems only support files no larger than a certain size, but I forget the specifics. That might be the culprit.

I've downloaded the entire trilogy before but my memory card or the slot or both are having issues so I have to do it again. I am guessing it is in fact the size, it's just annoying.

What OS are you using and is it a 32 or 64 bit OS?

I'm using my tablet, it's doing it fine right now, at about 70% on FoTR. Dah it just failed. -_-

Android, iOS, Windows? How was the memory card formatted; FAT32, exFAT, NTFS? What file size does the file get to before failing?

About 70% that time. It's Android, not sure what format the memory card is, I do know the 64 GB one has been issues retaining files if I shut down or restart the tablet. Hoping the 32s keep working after being switched out.

Sounds like it's stopping at 4GB which is the file size limit for FAT32.

That really sucks, hopefully if I can get my 64 to work again it will be able to handle the large file sizes of the LoTR digital copies.
