I'm getting ready to head out to a Grey Cup party with friends and family. (Grey Cup is the Canadian version of Super Bowl).
49ers play at 2:15, Oilers play at 3:00 and I'd rather do either of those. But I committed to this event awhile ago and people would be pissed if I backed out now.
It should be fun though.

About to potty and then go see Justice League a 5th time in theatres before dinner. Strong 13.1 training run earlier in 1:53. Gives me hope for a 1:50- true half-marathon on the 9th.

I'm at Straw Hat watching football. The Raiders are on the main TVs but I can see the 49ers from my seat just fine. I braved BF crowds, although smaller, for the fourth day in a row. Picked up Fate of the Furious 4K for a fellow member and hoping to find WW in 4K for them as well. That one might be gone unfortunately. I'm going to do some math and find out what I'm owed and how much people have spent so far.

Straw Hat Pizza!? Holy crap, they're still around? I thought they went out of business ages ago. I hadn't seen one for years when I moved out of the Bay Area in 1999. Used to go there a lot when I was a kid.

Yeah, I don't know much about them. I had never heard of them until I found the one here at The Plant in San Jose.

I was about to say eff it and leave the net alone for awhile and just enjoy the game but I want to try and get one price at least for the member here. He sent $100 yesterday and I think we might have come close to maxing it out.

I get enjoying a film and I get going to the theater in general but I don't get going to see the same film multiple times. For the same price, one could own it on Blu-ray essentially twice over for as many viewings as one wants.

I've seen certain movies 2, 3, 4 and 5 times at the theater, although 2-3 were the average. Multiple viewings like that are rare for me these days but back in the '90s and early-00s I did it all the time. If it was something I really liked, it was just fun to see it a few times on the big screen or go back to take family or friends to see it.

Oh I wanted to make a post about how JL is such a deep and thought-provoking film that he needed to see it that many times but I'm not clever enough lol He has Movie Pass so he's taking advantage of it

Correct, starting classes in mid-January so I won't be able to go to the movies much soon. Kinda want to see Coco before it leaves theatres but this is probably the last Justice League movie for quite awhile. Record for most times seeing a movie in theatres by me is B v S at 20, don't think I can match that.
