About to fall asleep on the couch. The kid decided to lay on my lap to rest while we watch some TV and fell asleep, and I'm afraid to wake her as she's a real sensitive sleeper.

currently on the phone with logitech support about my mouse.

really hoping they'll do a warranty replacement on it. i don't have the money to buy another one; even a cheap one.

edit: called them and spoke with a really nice guy. he sent me an email with instructions on what to do to file the warranty. hopefully they accept it and send me a new mouse.

nobody's posted since i did yesterday? so nobody's been doing anything?

y'all a bunch of lazy so-and-sos

currently, i'm eating some lunch and watching a couple youtube vids. i've been up on a ladder (or 2) trying to fix the gutter on the front of the house. the morons that put it up didn't slope it correctly and it's never drained properly. so i'm trying to fix that.

but the good news is it's nice and humid as hell outside, so i got that going for me.....

Well than, we just got back from taking my wife to the Doctor, and we stopped off at the store and bought
some groceries on the way back

Oh and Bobby ( Cat ) tried to wake me up at 5am becuase he wanted to eat...

Did you do that job interview yet? If so, how did it go?

i did. it was yesterday, early afternoon.

it went well. it was a very short, get to know you, type of interview. i gotta go back on monday for a more in-depth interview where they take me around, show me what they do (or, rather, how they do it) and to see if i'd be a good fit.

the funny thing is it's about a block from my previous job, lol. so at least i know how far i'd be driving every day if i got it.

going from a nice ergonomic mouse to a standard left-or-right-hand mouse is a bit weird. but i can put up with it for a few days if it means they replace my other one.

the one i'm currently using is one i borrowed. i guess i need to find a way to buy a cheap mouse to use in case something like this happens again.
