Happened to log into work to print something out and saw that I received 812 system generated e-mails yesterday alone.

Sooooooooooooooo, gonna delete those out and start thinking about where to take the lady and Mom for brunch.

Fiancee's sister went into labor last night, so I dropped her off at the airport this morning for the next month to help out. Now I'm en-route to work (job#2), but first trying to get a cup of overpriced Dunkin Donuts coffee on the interstate, damn seems like every body and their mother is on the road this morning!

The Lady made it to Raleigh and got the car I rented for her via the Enterprise website so she doesnt have to rely on her sister or BIL if she wants to go out. She's due back on 7 Sep.

Just got back from my morning 12 mile trail run. Today's going to be a bit weird. Going to eat lunch and shower then fix breakfast. Then water outside and eat an early dinner before work. Days like today are why I definitely need to ask my new/old boss if I can just regularly have Sundays and Mondays off.

I just finished doing 30 pull-ups on my bar. I had to do 3 reps of 10 pull-ups each. Arms are tired.

i started doing some exercise last week. i did some squats. and my legs have been feeling it for 3 days (last day i did them was friday). i'll start again, tomorrow and go every other day from there.

My routine is just pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups every other day. I used to do them daily, but got really lazy. I should work on my legs/calf’s. Good idea about the squats.

Sitting here drinking a local IPA that reminds me of Space Dust, but a little smoother taste. Might be because it is only 6% instead of 8.2%

Revolver Blood & Honey isn’t too bad. El Chingon is my go to at the movies.

Well her sister gave birth at 7:15 this morning, to a healthy little boy. I think my fiancee will spend the most of her time in North Carolina taking care of their 4 year old.

O/T; Getting ready to leave work, it's been a long freaking day, hoping I can cut my drive home in half like I did Friday night (instead of ~5 hrs I made it home in less than 3

i can hardly believe the beautiful young woman she's grown to be. thankfully she's got a good head on her shoulders and was raised with common sense (to go along with her book smarts).
