Finishing Deck the Halls then I'm thinking about venturing out to do some very last minute Christmas shopping. I still haven't got anything for my Girl, thinking about finally picking up a "special ring" and proposing to her on Christmas - however with all the drama I've had with her this year I'm having serious second thoughts about doing that despite being with her for 8yrs.

you better be 100% sure she's the one for you and that you want to spend the rest of your lives together.

on the + side, you've been with her for 8 years so there shouldn't be too many more things you don't know, about her; and vice versa.

if you're having second thoughts, it's best to wait some more just to be sure. if you can handle the drama (face it, we all have drama), then go for it. and i wish you the best of luck....no matter what you decide.

I just got back from hauling more tree branches and finished cleaning my tarp. I really hate doing yard work when it is wet outside. I really, really hate that.

i'm looking at tongue-and-groove planes.

i want to make a couple toy boxes for nephews and i want to use tongue-and-groove (t-&-g) planks. i could buy the wood that already has the t-&-g cut in them. but if i could make them myself, i think i might want to do that, instead. plus, i could use any species of wood i want instead of just getting whatever the wood store has in stock that's already t-&-g.

It looks like Episode 3 might be where things get rolling.

I have to say; all my online sellers did a terrific job this year. I got everything I needed in a timely fashion and nothing was damaged so I'm really grateful.

Had an unexpected ridiculously short day at work this morning so I decided to run out to finish the last of my Christmas shopping and pick up a couple last minute groceries for dinner tomorrow night. Now sitting at one of my favorite Chinese buffets having lunch before I head out. Odd thing is the Girl and I were thinking of getting some Chinese takeout for dinner, but after this big lunch I may not be in the mood for more later, oops!
