Just got out of the shower.
Did some yard work, e.g. pull weeds, cut a papaya tree and picked over a dozen avocados.

In normal times, I would suggest Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm or maybe Magic Mountain for amusement parks. I haven't been to Disneyland since 1998. Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air. Maybe, if you have a rental car, you can take a drive along Highway 1 or Mulholland Drive.

Again, with these times we're in, things aren't the same but it could be kind of cool to go to a club in Hollywood or where ever it is the stars hang out. I was never into the club scene so I couldn't begin to tell you where the hot spots are.

I know we have some SoCal members, including ctujackbauer, who can help you more than I can. Regarding food places, I say that the only reason people eat In 'N Out is because they can't find a Five Guys

I suppose you could try surfing if you were feeling adventurous. Don't get eaten by a shark though. That would be no bueno
Yeah I'm not into the club scene either, someone at work suggested taking a drive along the pacific coast highway (??) not sure how much that interests me to be honest. Guess if I was driving a high end sports car vs a economy class four door sedan it would be different.

OT: Another day, another dollar..getting ready for work. Wife left me a confusing voicemail last night which I missed until I woke up this morning, and my phone isn't allowing outgoing calls for some reason so I can't call her back right now. Hope all is alright back home, it was jumbled.

Getting ready for work, almost forgot shorts are allowed now so switched out of those moisture wicking khakis and into some shorts.

Local mental health hospital having a career fair on Friday, I will go before work and shift my planned Friday workout to Saturday.

If you got a car, hop in it and explore. Where are you from again? Also, if these were different times, I'd suggest maybe going down to San Diego and going into Mexico. I've been to Mexico before but never via San Diego into Tijuana. Also, you have the Marine Corp Recruit Depot (Boot Camp) down in SD but not sure if it's open to civilians. I think that it is/was.

I know you like camping and while I'm not familiar with the outdoorsy stuff down there, I'm sure they have some great hiking spots. If you really want to try and make the most of it and since I'm not much help, you can always check out TripAdvisor and see what ideas you get from there.

Oh, and watched The Good Liar earlier tonight which I enjoyed. A short part of the film took place in Berlin which was nice to see. Now, just going through and deciding what few more Criterions I might get during the Barnes & Noble sale.

Happy BestBuy Day!!!!

BestBuy doesn't even really sell any movies by me anymore.

I'm gonna see if the Wonder Woman series on Blu-Ray went down in price.

Unfortunately I only have a couple days off and since I'm working 12-14hr nights which are long on their own seem longer because im not used to working nights. I'm probably going to be using them to catch up on sleep. I do plan on just going for a drive and see what's out there though, just thought I'd try to get some recommendations from someone who lives out here.

Ot: getting ready for work and texting the Wife. Our once quiet neighborhood was hit last night by the rioters and she's freaking out.

Reading game reviews for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey & SW: Jedi Fallen Order. I may be purchasing one of those games.

LOL stupid printer needs HP Smart to set up and it's not working, guessing I will have to contact HP tomorrow and have them help me set it up. Hopefully it goes better than my last 2 useless Epson and Canon printers. Time for bed!

I'm looking at how absolutely BLEAK August looks for my Blu-ray collection.

On a better note, I'm listening to the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Flash FM soundtrack on youtube

Ah, memories of that game and the dj's and the soundtrack.

I loved how if you get stuck on a mission, you would start again and have the same track play on the radio until you completed it. Night Ranger's Sister Christian is burned into my brain from one of those missions.
