About to go volunteer from let's call it 8-12 at that local daycare with the director that I like. Then I'll grab some spicy Korean for lunch and head to El Paso for my flight to SFO. One of my coworkers actually said I should go work from 7-12 and then get on my flight but I'd rather not. The whole point of being off from today through Monday is to be off from today through Monday. I actually only wanted to go for the weekend but my brother talked me into making it 5 days instead. Will be a nice trip, hope I remembered to pack everything, I actually almost forgot to pack energy gels for Sunday's marathon. I remember the last one I did with my brother so I'm packing some extra gels for him since he will probably want some to run the Oakland half while I'm running the full.

Having some coffee and checking my e-mail. Happy Saint Patrick's Day, everyone! I believe I'm going to attempt a long bike ride today, not sure where I'll go, I've only ridden here a couple times and usually just around town. Looks like there are some decent routes mapped on MMR I could try. Just wish my Love could join me but she's still laid up with gastrointestinal troubles. Recent tests have found a tumor in her small intestine.

I was going over our monthly expenses and trying to re-budget as a one income household again. Now I need a beer...some bourbon...or both.

I got a dentist appointment this morning and usually a person would dread going there, but there's some ladies that are fn smokin', so it's not so bad, hahaha!

even though my therapy session got up and cancelled (but rescheduled) this week, I DID manage to get my doctor to do an emergency telehealth consultation this afternoon, I hope it goes okay. At least today it's sunny and a high of 74 degrees.

Wishing you the best of luck. Counseling/therapy is important. I've been practicing it for well over ten years and it has made a world of difference for me (even though I'm still a complete idiot most of the the time

).
