Just did a little tour of a one-bedroom at a place I used to live. It was really nice and I’d like to move back if possible. Wouldn’t be until the summer so I’ll keep my eye on the prices over the next few months.

I’m at Barnes & Noble now. I’m going to wait until IHOPPY Hour starts at IHOP and then get lunch/dinner. I’m pretty hungry so I may end up ordering two entrees or maybe just one entree with an appetizer.

In the meantime, I’m going to read this Esquire article on Austin Butler.

Whoa! You have me beat... by a lot. Should have went there today. Double point day. But I went healthy with a chicken salad on wheat. I know, I know. You're thinking, what the hell, man. The kettle chips I had with it restored balance.

I'm thinking I probably had high cholesterol for years and didn't do anything about it until last January. Apparently it's gone down in the last 13 months or so but I need to keep at it or the doctor will put me on statins. Finally becoming friends with fruits and vegetables, which will probably have the added bonus of making me a better runner.

Heh..yeah I rarely redeem the points and you can only do one redemption at a time which sucks if I try to buy for multiple people so it just continues to accumulate.

The tuna from Mike’s is actually pretty good and a healthier option. I usually get it with onions, lettuce, jalapeños, and tomato.

Oh yeah, I've had their tuna. I like it with the hot chopped paper relish.

Paper relish? Whut? I just remember for *years* I wouldn't really eat fruit and the only vegetable I really ate was spinach. Now that I'm eating a lot healthier and finally consulting an in-person running coach, I expect my overall level of health to skyrocket despite being 44.

My one day off for the week and I'm enjoying some AYCE pancakes at Denny's. I was going to go for a bike ride afterward but I've realized that I forgot my biking shoes and my shorts and shirt at home

The shoes are mountain biking shoes but the shorts and tee are just normal attire. I'd rather not sweat in what I'm wearing right now. I'm only about five miles from home but I don't think that I'll go back and get my stuff.

Coffee and YouTube. Waiting on a package to arrive, I have no clue what it is, but it looks like it's coming from Amazon. I haven't ordered anything in awhile so I wonder if my daughter ordered something, I should probably log into my account and check. Yes she uses my Amazon account, but when she does she usually has it delivered to her mom's unless she ordered something for me). I haven't noticed any mysterious CC charges so I don't think it's hers.

Anyway, it's almost 70F outside right now so I'm thinking about going for a bike ride.

Lol i just seen it pop on my phone app haha. I have a lunch being done at my office today with a guy retiring but tomorrow is going to be a 2 dolla holla double burger day.
