About to shower and go to bed before tomorrow's 10 hour split shift. Think I'll need to eat my usual express breakfast and take the bins down to the street before I go to the 9-3 shift so I don't have to deal with it when I get back from the gym after work.

Looks like the bulk of today's 10 hour split shift is going to involve watching movies with clients. I accept.

Looking @ night lights on Amazon. More specifically motion sensor, from dusk-till-dawn types of night lights.

I’m eating out again. Shocking! Dennys for some AYCE pancakes.

Might swing by the Ford and Chevy dealers when I’m done as they’re quite close.

So I’m watching the Yankees game from yesterday. They actually came back to win it.

This interesting advertisement struck my eye.

Never heard of Mary Brown’s. https://marybrowns.com/

Oooh Korean food in Canada, I'll have to look into how far Canada is from Duluth. 887 miles, that's a no go lol.

Almost time to head in to the 4-8 portion of today's 8 hour split shift, first ever CK and Nezzy Care split shift.

Ran 4 miles and lifted weights earlier so I'll have a bit more time than usual after work to just relax and contemplate the goings-on of the past week.

Yeah that's how I picture the people at the gym who walk on the dreadmill at low speeds holding onto the sides for dear life.

Kinda hope today was my only shift of the week for CK, don't want to go over 50 hours a week, however since this was my only CK shift since Friday I may be willing to pick up another short 1.

For reals though…nothing wrong with taking a few 2 or 3 lb weights for a run. I see it all the time.

Distance runners usually don't do it because the heavier you are the harder it is to move and maintain your pace/cadence.

Just got home from today's 7.5 hour split shift, finishing up the new episode of shogun and then going to pick something else to watch before bed.

I'm trying, with questionable results, to be coherent while on prescribed pain killers.

Well that makes sense. I was talking from just a training standpoint.

Ran some errands today and hit Sam's Club for a few things. Of course I stopped at Wendy's for the free Fryday fries deal. Added a Junior Bacon so it all came to $3. Kinda crazy those burgers used to be a buck back in the day.

Received a book today from Amazon with box cutter damage. A slice right through the dust jacket.

No, it wasn't me as I opened it with scissors.

I'm pretty anal about my purchases if they arrive in crappy condition and was going to send it back. Chatted with support and they offered me a 20% off credit. I gladly took that so all is well.
