Whatever you do, don't do what I did and put it off. My truck started out like that, I could've cleaned it up and perhaps prevented the worst of it, but I looked at it and told myself "its just surface rust I'll get to it when I get time" -- well I never did, and now my rockers are shot. I kinda wish it was contained to the door, a door is easy to replace and relatively cheap compared to rocker panels. I ended up cutting out the worst of the rot, I'll sand them down spray some rustoleum and install covers over the whole thing after I bondo fill the cab corners. I just need to get at least 2 more years out of this truck.

What am I doing right now...uh,um, I just made some tacos so I'm gonna sit down and continue watching The Walking Dead and eat them. Wish I had a cervesa or two to go with them, but water's probably a better choice.

2 more episodes to go before I finish the first season of Lost. Off to bed soon but I’ve got a bit of a stomach ache at the moment.

I watched Liam's The Commuter tonight. The plastic wrap was removed already so I figured I was rewatching it but I'm quite sure that this was my first viewing. It's possible that I might have opened it once to watch it and changed my mind. Anyway, I thought it was pretty good.

Now I'll surf a bit and just I don't know...it will be what I normally do, mindless surfing. Actually, I don't always mindless surf but I often feel like I am.

Is it worth the time and effort to fight with my drug plan over the $23.98 in prescriptions that they would not pay for, if only for the principle of it if nothing else?

My prescription drug costs for January 2025 alone were $160,710.03, but this month my drug plan balked at paying $23.98 for the antibiotics and pain medications prescribed after my March 4, 2025 surgery.

Edit: I called my drug plan and they will send me a "direct reimbursement form." I just have to fill it out, attach the receipt and the medication labels, mail it all back to them and wait 6-8 weeks for their decision, which I can appeal if I do not agree with it. It will cost them more in time and labor to process all of that than to just grant my reimbursement right now.
