The best part of all this is this:

I remember the exact day it happened, me & some buddies went to iron man…so it was May 2, 2008, I get home and the pipe connecting the toilet to the wall was leaking pretty bad.

I fixed it and eventually, it was running to the point where water was constantly leaking into the overflow pipe. I was just to lazy and never fixed it.

Just this last Feb./March I finally replaced the guts in that toilet so it wouldn’t run anymore.

In the 3 years it wasn’t working right, our bills were never even half of what it is this time.

just got back from the taping of the Today Show. i left before they were done (i believe only the Barenaked Ladies act was the only thing remaining) couldn't see crap on the live show but was able to get a lot closer (and took pictures) for tomorrow's show. i might be on tv too

the guy next to me is a lucky bastard! they were doing a poutine segment and Kathy bite a cheese curd and threw the rest in the crowd. the guy caught it
