I loved the Vmars movie. They tried to shove a bit too much into it and gave two of my fave characters some lazy deaths, but it was nice to catch up with the characters. I wish we would get a sequel or mini-season.

Re-watching Jurassic World. The first time seeing it since I saw it twice in theatres. I can now finally see what people are talking about when they disliked it. It's a bit boring at times. I guess I only loved it in theatres because it's better on a giant screen, if that makes sense.

It's just a lot like how JJ Abrams reboots franchises - fun characters, lots of action but a safe plot and a lot of one-liners. None of them are great films but I still enjoy watching most of them, except the Force Awakens. I still have no idea why the OTH writers thought it would benefit the final season for CMM to have a cameo that contributed nothing to what was going on at the time.

I don't even remember his cameo?

Found this from July:

Quote:
When we caught up with Chad Michael Murray, also known as the dreamy Lucas Scott, we asked for his thoughts on a spinoff featuring the kids from the show all grown up — as it turned out, he was surprised it didn’t already exist.

“You would think, seeing as what they’re doing with all of the other shows,” said Murray alluding to recent revivals like Gilmore Girls. “Down the line they’ll probably do something, I’m sure.”

Yeah Nathan was missing and CMM shows up at the airport to reassure Haley and pretty sure he just disappears again after that. Seemed more like fan service than an actual thought-out appearance on the show.

Dunno about a show centered around the kids, the show got a bit kid-centered after season 5 and that may have been a bit much. Not to mention I watched it for Brooke and Haley and the Scott brothers. I liked Chuck and Jamie but not enough to watch a show about them. Be kinda weird anyway since they show Jamie playing in the NBA in the finale. Q was my favourite character that joined the show after the high school seasons.

I forgot about that. Well maybe the show can focus on Brooke's kids as teens. I loved when they showed Bevin, she was one of my faves. Saw her recently on a toothpaste commercial or something.

Watching The Perfect Man. I saw it when it first came out but don't remember loving it, but it was $2.99 on vudu and I need something "new" to watch. Plus I love Hilary Duff.

Coffee, surf around for a bit, then shower and head out to return some gifts.

Sitting in a much nicer theater than the one near my home. This is the cleanest place I have ever seen. The wall sound pads look like they were designed for a 1980's sci-fi movie. Seeing La La Land.

We get it. You don't like Star Wars. Move on already. You sound like a broken record there Darth Anakin.

Listening to some music and waiting for my friend to come pick me up so we can see Rogue One. Dick head saw it without me last week so he's making it up to me by driving me to the theater.

We've been friends forever so it's ok for me to call him that

I don't think I've ever called any of my friends that word. I'm going to see it too because I'm being dragged to it. Probably won't review it though, just pop in and out of the thread for the film to vote.

So sick of IP's being douches. I'm leaving my current provider because they jacked up my bill by $20 out of nowhere for no reason. On to the next I guess.

All of my friends are like that with each other. We get nasty. But it's all in good fun.

Heh you must be kinda young if you're still at that age where you think it's okay to talk to people you care about that way. Hope you enjoy the film more than I will, been quite disenchanted with SW for about 5 years now.

The adults in my family are the same way. I was raised by a pack of wolves. It's all about tough love where I come from. Gotta have thick skin if you wanna hang.

He knows what he is doing wrong. People have explained it to him. He put me on ignore for my opinion.
