Just got back from grocery shopping with the lady. All stocked up and got everything on sale. Now gotta find a good deal on luggage from Costco for our upcoming trip.

just got outta the shower.

dug up a stump from a small tree i'd cut down a couple years ago. i drilled it and put poison in to help it along. i thought it would be a lot tougher than it was, but it was also full of ants and termites so they helped it along quite well. it came up fairly easily. i also go the backyard cut and some other smaller stumps out of the ground and some weeds pulled up that were growing in (wrapped around) the fence. all in all a decent day for some yard work.

Just got done chatting with a delightful couple at Barnes & Noble. They are thinking about relocating back East so we were talking about travels back there. We also talked about some international vacations. I loooove talking and hearing about peoples travels. I wish the travel subforum got more attention

Dealing with a cold right now. Had a mild cough and runny nose on Saturday, and by Sunday morning was a lot worse. Feel a little bit better today but not a whole lot. So just been laying around, eating soup and not doing much of anything these last couple of days. I hate being sick. I don't get colds very often (I think this is my first in at least a few years) but when I do they always seem to be especially strong ones that really kick my ass.
