5:00 came early (don't judge me, I've been up since 0200 a.m.)...on tap tonight: Yuengling Traditional Lager

Soaking up some sun and watching the kids play while knocking back a bottle or three.

Like I suspected, Chris Cornell committed suicide (by hanging). Unfortunately, I'm not remotely surprised. It brings a whole new level of grief to an already terrible situation. I feel terrible for his family and loved ones left behind to pick up the pieces and wonder why he decided to take his own life.

People try to reach out when in these situations (suicide). I was in a situation like that and the person talked me down.

I'm still sitting here wondering why they didn't do The Americans seasons 2, 3 and 4 on Blu-ray.

The Americans season 1 Blu-ray was awesome.

Having a little jam session. Started out with Soundgarden and Audioslave but now I've bene listening to Velvet Revolver. Now Alice in Chains

EDIT/UPDATE: Still jamming over here. I love nights like this and I should do this more. This is precisely why I need to buy a turntable and buy a shit load of records. I'm just Youtubing right now and now just going from band to band. I listen to everything but rock is the absolute best. And I use "rock" loosely as I'm including the various types of rock. They're just all so good. Yet, it's saddening that being born in 87, I missed all the good stuff. If only I could go back in time and "grow up" with this era and go to some insane concerts.

I have got to go to some concerts next year. Rock on the Range in Columbus is an absolute must.
