Drinking some coffee, and trying to get in touch with my realtor. Really driving me nuts, the sale was going along smoothly up til a couple weeks ago, we scheduled the inspection/appraisal or so I thought but when I stopped by on the day they were supposed to do it nobody was around. In the meantime there's another house we've been looking at with a rent-to-own option (private sale). I don't know what to do, in one way I don't want to rush into something this big but we really need to get out of this apartment, our upstairs neighbors are f**king tweakers, and our next door neighbors are drug dealers.

Fixing some mac & cheese for the kiddo...then we're gonna head over to a buddy's house for a bonfire tonight. Should be an fun night, he just installed a killer sound system on his patio and is a home brew fanatic so there's always beer flowing...
