Took my medicine. Normally I'd be going to bed right now... but I think I'm going to stay up a bit late.

Productive Day -

Cleared out everything in my office, removed the futon and posted it for sale on Facebook, taped off the ceiling and door and such, and did two coats of paint today. Now I have to do all the trim yet with the brush, then stain the built in shelf yet.

Would like to buy a new loveseat perhaps and a desk than what I have now. Maybe add a few additional wall shelves.

I've been up for over 16 hours and worked a 12 hour shift, now I'm trying to relax with a cold beer..Thank God it's Thursday!! (I don't work Fridays)

Just got back from school shopping with our 2 granddaughters.
From the time we left 2:15pm till about 15 minutes ago, so 6 hours total.

For having both of them for the 1st time ( and every time here after, since the youngest is now starting school )
It wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, things went even faster than the last time with just the oldest one.

Reason for it taking so long is we have to drive out an hour to pick them up and drive halfway back to our house to the Mall.
The driving takes up most of the time.

took my computer out to the shop to clean it out. a large air compressor will make quick work of any dust, dirt, and debris residing inside the case, lol. plus i cleaned the window and the outside of the case really well.

now, i'm gonna work on getting all the wires and cables wrangled so it doesn't look like a bowl of spaghetti under my desk.
