it wasn't packed seeing as how it wasn't an sec game. but if it had been a team like lsu, tennessee or auburn, then yeah, it would've been packed. but it was just about a full stadium. which is nice to see for an ooc game against a team that isn't a school like fsu, clemson, miami, etc.not downing csu as they are a pretty dang good team with a helluva qb (there's a reason why he's the number 1 rated passer in college football right now). but overall it was a good game.

and wow! stanford has a very nice campus. i'd never seen pics of it before; but it is indeed nice.

and i had to chuckle at that mclaren showroom pic. with a name like that, they put a nissan and a porsche out front? lol. nothing against those cars as they're both fast in their own right, but against a mclaren? not seein' it.

and please tell me you at least went inside to take a peek at a mclaren up close and personal... i just wouldn't feel right if i saw an actual mclaren dealership and didn't go inside to see one up close...and maybe take a seat in one .

I don't keep up with college football at all for some reason. I don't pay enough attention to the NFL games (like right now we have Raiders on one TV and 49ers on the other and I'm not watching that closely) but I still love watching the NFL but college football, nope lol I guess it's because I want to watch superstars. Not knocking college football though and I know that it's big in the South.
What you said about over thinking your posts, I think you did it when you mentioned the CSU quarterback. It's like you thought maybe there might be a CSU fan or two so you didn't want to make it sound like you're slamming the team haha I'm the same way. In fact, regarding your post, I'll PM you to tell you what I was thinking when I first read your post.

Ok, regarding Stanford, it's a big and beautiful campus. I took a lot of pics, lot of random pics as you can see, but I didn't even cover half or a quarter of the campus. There are more tennis courts, horse stables, dorms, buildings and a golf course that I didn't see. I had planned to do more exploring but I got caught up watching the tennis tournament for awhile. The tennis courts shown in the pic are the ones they use for the Bank of the West Classic so those are the courts that Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Maria Sharapova and civiclx have all hit on

As for the McLaren dealer, I was passing by on the bus so I couldn't stop. I would feel kind of weird walking inside just because I would feel like I was wasting their time. I have no idea if they would allow pics. I passed by and then I looked at the back and they had a lot with a lot of nice cars but I was too slow with the camera. I did get a pic but unfortunately it's hard to see much of anything.

oh and just btw, I started this reply maybe close to an hour ago lol...or at least a half hour ago

Gathering what little thoughts I have on this Monday morning. My lady had an out of town friend in from Friday afternoon until today around lunch time and I am just ready for the house to be back to normal AKA quiet...I have never heard two women talk non-stop in my life like these two did this weekend. That being said, they had a great time hanging, so I'm happy.

Caffeinating up lol. Its Monday and I'm running very sluggish today. Been up since 3am yesterday, 11hrs work followed by 6hrs of baking cupcakes for my daughter's class. I hope they made it into school in one piece this morning LOL
