I've heard similar sentiments I think Rage. I do think of Rolling Stone as being the music mag. I know there are other ones out there but I guess it's been around awhile so it just seems like the main one in my mind.

I just got back awhile ago from hanging out with a buddy. We went to this park and played bocce ball with these two gents. We played doubles, him on one team and me on another and we won. This was our first time ever playing a full game and it's quite fun! I wouldn't pick it over tennis but I could see myself being up for a game at least once a week.

Met a cute girl today at Costco. I ended up helping her with a big roll of carpet that she was returning. I watched her for awhile at the trunk of her car and decided she might need a hand. I wasn't brave enough to ask for her contact info but I did leave mine with her. The thing about this encounter is I've never seen a girl so embarrassed before in her life. Don't roll your eyes when I say this but it was like she was meeting a celebrity. I'm not saying that she was giddy or anything like that but she just seemed like...yeah I guess embarrassed is the right word. It actually made me feel good to make her feel that way. I don't know if I'll hear from her though. She just got out of a 15-year relationship so she's not ready to dive back in. We'll see...

Hi I'm back. Midnight and I haven't fallen asleep yet so listening to some Chris Stapleton on the iPod. Will probably listen to a Broken Halos one more time and then try and fall asleep to Hootie's Not Even The Trees or Gregg Allman's Will The Circle Be Unbroken?

Yeah, it's legit like really bad. I've had it delivered to my home for like, I don't even know, at least a decade or more now. Back in the day when I used to order tickets much like I do now, they'd give you a free subscription as a perk for ordering certain tickets. Welp, I've gotten RS ever since then...I must have gotten on some list. I've legit even moved a couple of times and it's followed me. Not complaining but more so that I've been front and center watching it's decline for years now.

My mom subscribed to Rolling Stone since I was a kid. I kept reading it until about a decade ago.
Revolver is more inline with what I listen to.

OT, I'm having coffee, nursing a hangover, surfing and basking in the glow of my hockey team's domination over a rival last night.

I'm waiting to go meet up with "Chevy's girl" so we can go on a photo shoot. I have no idea where we're going yet but hopefully it will be somewhere nice and pretty.

Hey Rage, oh yeah that can suck. I know several of those mens magazines have an incredible number of ads. Of course they do have several pages but still, I hate (ok don't like) having to flip through several ads just to find the table of contents.

I got back from the photoshoot with Addie. It was pretty cool. I was just a tool and not the kind of tool I would have been preferred to have been treated as

She wanted to take pics of herself so that was my job. She set me up with her camera and she had some garments and a handbag and she did her poses. Normally her husband does them for her but he can't always be available. It did occur to me that he's quite lucky being able to take her home after each photoshoot lol
