Just got home from school and after it ran into Britney Spears while shopping.

I guess she arrived here yesterday.

Tomorrow is my first day off since..who knows. Got some new BDs too..sounds like someone is not going to leave the house tomorrow!

Did a little grocery shop for dinner tonight.

Angus Beef Tenderloin
Foil-wrapped Baked Potato
Small tub of Sour Cream

Coated the Angus Beef Tenderloin with some Kirkland Signature Steak Spice and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. It's wrapped up and in the fridge, but will take it out about an hour before dinner, so it can come up to room temperature. The potato will go in the oven when I take out the steak, and I'll do a side of green beans tossed in olive oil, garlic and a sprinkling of bread crumbs. I'll open the potato and put on a generous helping of butter, some salt and pepper and then a dollup of sour cream. Yum ! Yum!
