What are you going to see Omega?

On my way to Target for some movie hunting which will continue at Best Buy at Santana Row when I'm done. Will eventually head back to Barnes & Noble to check on something for Kipster.

They're pretty good, considering they're based out of Wisconsin and we know nothing good comes from there. Oh, and it's not ice cream. It's frozen custard.

Having a cold beer and trying to figure out where we're going to come up with $400 by February. My daughter was chosen to go to DC over Presidents Week (also their winter break). Supposedly the school isn't fundraising this trip because it was only open to a select group of students, parents of those selected are expected to pay the full cost. Really $400 isn't too bad for a week long trip but with our new baby on it's way we've been keeping an especially tight budget as it is so I'm not sure if we can really afford it.

Taking the final work break of the week. I have severe cash flow issues myself, it's the main reason I'm going back to school.

I'm so broke I can't afford to go back to school and too proud to even think about government assistance.

You have to get over that perspective real quick, bud. FAFSA is there to help EVERYONE attain their educational goals. A portion of all federal taxes paid go to that program & similar ones like that to offer assistance to anyone willing to do the work.

We took our son to his appointment and then to see Santa. Then picked up the wife's car and made of pit stops while she took him to Prompt Care. Which apparently was pretty prompt today. Was in the middle of eating some lunch and got the call she was on the way home. So I pay for it and woof it down. Then she tells me as I'm running out the door, "Stopping to feed the boy!" and endless texts while I'm racing home because I've got the keys. Text I'm home and she then tells me he's still eating and they are stopping at the store, then home and off to Costco without the boy. So I could have sat and let my lunch digest instead of impersonating The Bandit trying to get home before them
