Thinking I might finally get around to watching Ex-Machina now that the family has finally gone to bed. Was hoping to try and start watching this, but they had other plans despite me saying that we need to get back to the basics of bedtime

The one definite I know is this next drink is going to be a lot stronger than the ones I've had since I returned from running some errands. Depending on how fast those start hitting me determines if what I'm doing next

Just got back from another walk. I got in about 2:20am so it was an early night. I walked a bit and sat on this bench at a church while listening to music the whole time.

Just finished breakfast, now having some coffee and waiting for my brother, bro-in-law, and a couple friends to show up to help me move. With such luck we'll be completely moved into the new apartment today.

Finished breakfast and took the baby downstairs so he could have his. Watching some more TVD on Netflix before I head out for a 13 mile trail run.

Yesterday was an interesting combination of an awesome burger and day drinking at a killer bar/restaurant, then walking across the square to another cool bar/restaurant for more day drinking and playoff football, then home for a combination of naps, some "romantic time" with the lady, topped off by various occurrences of brown outs (the mental kind) and followed up with smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night. Mission accomplished.

About to give myself a haircut since the person I was waiting to do it isn't currently willing to do it. Doesn't really bother me, it's hair, doesn't have to be perfect. Not going to wait much longer though, need to shower off the sweat from the morning run and eat some lunch before darkest hour.

Finally all moved into our new place and my fiancee refused to stay. She claims she'd be better off at her parent's house until the baby is born. Can't say I blame her, I don't think I'd want to walk up 3 flights of stairs if I were 6 months pregnant either, but the point of getting this apartment was to get us back out on our own instead of relying our parents. I was all ready to buy a house for us but she didn't think it was a good idea at this time in our lives (neither of us really have plans to live here forever)

Anyway back OT, waiting for our pot roast to finish cooking and watching some TV with the kiddo.

Pipes froze up again on me. Second time in like a week. And yes I do the tips to avoid this but it still happened. It’s been all day of me trying to unthaw them like last time but I’m pretty sure it’s the same spot since the whole house has no water.
