Wondering if we can eat this on our Keto diet? I think everything but the bread crumbs is ok, but my wife makes awesome meat loaf and has been pretty creative reinventing substitute sides. She just got back to me and said cauliflower, but not sure if serious or busting my balls? Anyway, sitting here with a Vodka hangover wishing Costco would get their Canadian Whiskey back in stock. I guess I should have stocked up. Need to be taking a shower and shave before I get the boy back on track with his school work. If I'm lucky it won't take that long.

What about celery with peanut butter?

Turned out to be an ok day. Weather is t too bad. At Straw Hat right now having the pizza buffet and watching Federer in the Australian Open. Already know who wins so at least I k ow I won't be disappointed. Also chatting with RMF on FB.

I don't see why not, outside of the bread crumbs (2 cups I think?), the rest is celery, onions, spices and pork/beef.

In elementary school, we often got that with our lunches. A little cup of peanut butter and a short stick of celery stuck in it. I always threw the celery away and just ate the peanut butter with a spoon.

Right? I honestly don't even know if my wife has used bread crumbs in her recipe before this diet

It's only two cups for the entire loaf. We cut ours up into 8 good-sized slices so when you do the math, the amount of carbs is pretty negligible.
