coffee...and waiting on breakfast to be done so i can consume it.

gotta work a weird 11-7 shift the next three days. can't STAND that shift, but it is what it is. and after not working yesterday thanks to my...condition...i lost 8 hours there. so i can't complain too much about getting extra hours this week. it would've been 40, but i missed 8 yesterday, so now it's down to 32.

at least i get paid thursday and can pay some bills and buy some food.

Laying in bed for awhile longer before I get up for day number 5 of community service. There was a cute Indian girl with her sister on Friday so I wonder if they'll return so they can pay me absolutely no attention again lol. While I was waiting at the light rail, I met another girl who asked me about it since she saw my name tag. It sounds like she's going to go volunteer as well.

After that, I plan to make a return to Frys and then search for a couple titles while I'm there. I'm also chatting with badass Biz aka RMF

Completely forgot to get a new phone charger for work, something to do later during one of my breaks. Just gotta hope my new phone can make it through a full 9 hour shift of use without running outta juice. One of the front office people decided not to come in again on Monday, at this point I think our supervisor needs to get tougher. I certainly wouldn't allow people to miss all the time, especially when our board is looking to shake up the way we do things.

Sitting on my break @work and wondering why I'm here, more than 3/4 of my shift called out today and we would have had a 13hr work load if every one was here...now its more like 18hrs worth..ugh! I need a new job.

looking at smart home lighting. i wanna change the lights in my room to smart lights; as well as change the led lighting behind my tv to smart lights.

that way, i can just tell my echo to switch to movie mode and it will turn off the room lights and turn on the led strips.

i'm also thinking of putting some led strips behind my monitors so when i wanna do some pc gaming, i can use those instead of the turning my 3-way lamp down low. then i can just tell it to switch to game mode and it'll turn off the room lights and turn on the strips behind my monitors.

my only issue is fining the shade of lighting i want to use. i like the "daylight" bulbs. i have some of the "cool white" bulbs, but i'm not really a fan of them. i can find the daylight bulbs, but i'm having trouble finding them in the smart bulbs.

Nah I can't blame the Superbowl. Its a regular occurrence at my place of employment. Every Monday we have tons of absences- its ridiculous they keep hiring people who simply don't want to work! There's a couple guys who call in every other day and i often wonder how he keep their jobs.
