Making my world famous buttermilk pancakes. Only someone *cough* Mrs. Wabo *cough* forgot to buy the buttlermilk. So I'm making their slightly less known cousins, the regular pancakes. Although I'll add a kiss of vanilla and that brings them up to famous in the continental 48 status.

Sitting here drinking a cup of coffee before we head out to the coast. Weather is nice. Sun is out and looks like the drive out to the coast is going to better than the last time.

I just spent a few hours *really* reading an article for an essay I have to write that's not worth very many points. Oh well, going to write it tomorrow after work, it's almost time for bed.

Researching Niagara Falls. I have been there over a handful of times, but it's been over 10 years since I've last gone. My wife has been there as well, a long time ago (way before we met). So, we're thinking about going there this summer with the kiddos.

There's the obvious stuff (Maid of the Mist, observation tower, caves, parks) -

But new things we need to do/see (SkyWheel, Marineland, wineries/breweries, restaurants, indoor waterpark hotels).
