Sitting here waiting for guy #2 to show up and give us a price on the house. They've been here before. So I'm hoping they can hit our number without any of this back and forth. The Mrs and I really liked this new guy who swung by. No low balling and saw the value of the property. Now all he has to do is sell it for the price we want without it turning into a pain in the ass.

Looking to possible move in the middle of the summer. So need to start packing shit up. Anyone here have any tips on shipping flatscreens? I'm mainly worried about my Samsung compared to the other two. Because it is fairly newer and I really love it and don't want to be tv shopping outside of one for my son's room.

Sitting here having another drink while I play catch up. Should be watching a movie, but it was a busy day and I'm going out on my own tomorrow. The Mrs wanted Mexican dinner. So we went out as a family and popped into a Big Lot and GameStop afterwards.

Actually it was my daughter's choice, she must have asked me a dozen times last night "Daddy can you make waffles for breakfast this weekend?" Since I'm working tomorrow it's the least I could do since she's gonna be stuck with the grandparents all day (she doesn't know that part yet though).

I've been pondering this myself.. I was thinking about taking a trip out to a Jeep dealership (entertaining my fiancee's thought about getting a 2017-18 Jeep Latitude) but I think I'd rather do it when I don't have the kid in-tow(since I know she'll be bored as f**k at a dealership). Personally I'd rather get another truck then a SUV but a family-oriented vehicle may be more ideal.
