Just got home from a 12 hour shift at work followed by ~2 hours at the armed forces career center, my fiancee's gonna kill me but since the kid will be going to live with her mom later this year I'm getting serious about enlisting in the Army.

I was pretty happy that my old Battalion and the rest of the Ranger phases are now part of the Ranger Regiment. None of you Army dawgs went to Boot Camp. Only US Marines did

Speaking of the military. I saw a guy today that reminded me of Foggy except that he had a lot of tattoos. I think he was in the military but I couldn't say for sure and I didn't ask him.

I went to Basic and MOS training at Ft. Sill Oklahoma.
No I wasn't in Artillery, my MOS was in Communications, I was the guy who humped a Radio for the CO of whatever level mission I was on.
But, I was primarily Unit Level Communication Operations/Repair.

I'm the guy in the Comm Hut working the Communications, and fixing or replacing whatever broke

Except for my time with Patriot ADA, I was always in Infantry Units....

It's all good, she's very supportive of it actually. She's even willing to move wherever I may get assigned. Frankly i think she's starting to get restless being at the same hospital for going on 10yrs (she went to med school, residency and has worked almost every single area there to include administration)

I was a CPhT for about 8 months, that career died after I moved to this hole. Been a medical records clerk since, which is why I am going to school for a FCS and then a LMFT.

What I've been doing since yesterday is that I just started binge watching the Ash vs Evil Dead show on Netflix. First two episodes ok just a bit overboard with the blood.
