Also going to go get something to eat I think. I'll probably have the buffet at Straw Hat and watch some tennis. After that I'm going to stop by the post office and mail something out to Kip and then I may head up to Best Buy in Milpitas.

Just finished catching up on last week's episodes of Supernatural, The Walking Dead and Ash vs. Evil Dead. Gonna finish season 12 of Trailer Park Boys soon. Taking a midweek break from everything and just watching a bunch of shows before I get to typing a bunch of final papers.

Ah man, no worries and I can't explain it either. I think it is a uniformity thing?Hard to say. Unfortunately I passed it down to my son. So he usually helps pick which one we're going to go for with the exclusives. He's been pretty helpful with digipack/books lately.

Getting ready to take a little nap. Finally found one of the boxes with Marvel Legends. Now I just need to decide what is getting unpacked/repacked next. Almost feel like going through my miscellaneous stuff to thin out the unpacked totes in the living room.

Passed out on the couch, my Lady just got home from work early as she isn't feeling well, trying to figure out what time I fell asleep and how I didn't wake up when the kid decided to climb up and nap on top of me. Just cleaned up the kitchen and finished off the pecan pie I made for Easter, now watching some of Tammy on TV hoping to get drowsy enough to go back to bed, damn 2:30 is gonna come early!

Wrapping up my evening. Debating on if I'm going to try and watch a movie or just watch something short? I had that nap earlier, but still feeling tired and my age. The Mrs is off tomorrow and wants to go have Mexican for dinner. So going to try and make that happen. Fingers crossed I don't strangle The Boy before then. Dinner was awesome for everyone, but as soon as her and I started talking about important things he started being a distraction.

Of course when I called him on it she wants to pull the classic, "You are the adult here!" card. Which is total bullshit. I'm a "Don't just talk the talk, walk the walk" kind of guy, but sometimes it has to be "Do as I say, not as I do." when it comes to parenting. Yes, I'm the adult, but he's constantly overstepping his role. Sorry, I think this kind of turned into a Facebook rant and not a forum post. Carry on

Honestly it sounds like your son has what my fiancee calls the "only child" syndrome. Always wanting to be the center of attention. My (god)daughter went through this when she was younger not so much now. Drove me nuts at times and i constantly had to remind myself how much I loved her . My only advice to you is whenever it happens step outside and take a breather, whatever you do don't make it worse by getting physical with either of them.
