Chilling for the moment while the family takes showers. Had a fantastic breakfast thanks to The Mrs. I'll get cleaned up once they are finished upstairs. Still have a few boxes to go through before I start packing up more totes. Need to make a recycle run and pick up a prescription before we go out to dinner. Might try and talk her into early dinner. That way we're not out too late. Depending on that and how the day plays out determines if this old guy takes a nap at some point or just goes to bed early for one night.

My main rule about social media is say nothing on there you wouldn't want a supervisor to see to begin with. Especially FB, the privacy on there is nonexistent. The motor mouth left for the day, time to party up in here like it's 1999.

Yeah. I always post POSITIVE things happening in my life. That and numerous movie, video games, and Disney posts.

For 8 years my wife and I always had at least 1 of, if not all of our 4 grand-kids here everyday.

We would watch all the stuff they liked on TV and I would buy ( still do ) all the animated movies they liked, and my wife and I
would just watch the Movies and TV with them..... We soooo miss that

Many haven't been played in the last year since our 2 kids up and moved to two different Counties, taking the grand-kids with them.

Been thinking about just starting a re-watch of those moives, since many of them are "main stream" animated moives that I like anyway

At first I thought it was a star, but upon closer inspection it's moving slightly to the left and right.

I wouldn't call it Fakebook, especially given some of my friend and families posts RageATL. Me personally, I try not to air my dirty laundry there. Because whenever I'm venting or what not my family comes in with helpful advice I could give two shits about. I just wanted to vent. While others are just negative Ned's/Nellie's 24/7

Sitting here deciding if I'm going to have a drink. HA, who am I kidding. Of course I'm going to have a drink. My son ask that I watch The Simpson's Movie tonight. So I'm going to watch it downstairs instead of the Inner Sanctum. That way I can pack away some more totes while I do.

Fair enough, some folks do use it to keep in touch with families with young children and/or friends they haven't seen for a while, but SO much of what most folks post is total BS making their lives seem so much better than they actually are. I love me some Twitter to keep up with bands, beer and my awful New York Jets, but that's about it.

But I agree. I use both Facebook and Twitter, and only recently did I become more active on Twitter. Facebook is a shit show.
