Having another cup of coffee and dreading the thought of doing some chores around the apartment since I've neglected them for 2 weeks. This place is starting to portray a zoo.

true that. seems like it ebbs and flows. some years are bad, others are not. of course there were a few years there where it seemed like there was a bad one every year.

Just paid some bills, feels good to actually have a little bit leftover for a change

Currently doing a load of laundry, about to fix some lunch and then probably just relax and play some video games for the rest of the day. Yep lazy Friday here.

went out and messed around in the shop for a bit. it's already too muggy outside to spend any significant amount of time out there. so now i'm inside, about to eat some lunch.

Watching American Hustle on my 2 in 1 and chillaxing during the final lunch break of the week. Looking forward to house sitting for my sister this weekend. Means I get to chill with her dogs and play video games and watch movies between all the "adult things" I have to do tomorrow and Sunday.

Just got home from a hellacious week full of being stitched up in the office, but just cracked a beer, ripping the new DMB album to iTunes and packing for a week in The Florida Keys, baby!

Haha, I get it man and I'm not even saying I deserve it, but the past 2.5 weeks or so have been a sh*t storm for me and the lady...first world problem type stuff for sure, but it still felt like the universe was conspiring against us, so really looking forward to some down time/time away.

Having a beer (PBR tonight) out on the patio. Lady just got home, she decided to stop at the gym after work so that means she's wearing a tank top and really short gym shorts

I'm trying to behave myself so I stepped outside for a bit.
