meh, they're easy to wire.

it should be just 2 extra wires in addition to the normal 2 wires that are there.

well so it begins unlike work out anywhere talk to trainer have to pay like 35 bucks every week for 1 day for an example

today went over to planet fitness around 4 the trainer over there gave me a workout schedule thing go 2 days a week have already done day 1 i either go back thurs or friday

so like day 1 tricep bicep back back abs everytime i go inside do cardio 30 mins treadmill or bike at end stretch when done doing machines eh the last part ab crunch leg raises under abdominals/core little rough to do on


day 2<-again thurs or friday this week got things inside to do under shoulders chest lower back abs i might try a group class training 1 day next week not sure


days i don't go i will still do some stuff work out anywhere or go walking around neighberhood apprently in 4 weeks i will go to another plan what doing is 3 sets 12 repetition

range max hr 181 target hr 109-154 basically this will be free for me don't cost extra

i'm hoping to lose few more pounds next few weeks or by end of month

I think I already lost some weight when going work out anytime last few days besides walking around neighborhood

now if you guys wonder why I can get a membership either work out anytime or planet fitness for free<-basic membership that is because of the sliver sneakers card which is basically medicare insurance thing

the only thing difference is getting a free trainer at work out anytime isn't free you gotta pay go 1 week 35 2 weeks 36 3 times a week 39 meh

now I could also go to ymca free but i'm not a fan of swimming

now the only reason why i'm also going work out anytime free also because next month they supposed to moved to another place bigger, better equipment etc etc I can transfer my membership over to new place if want to aka closed to home

right now work out anywhere small place near firehouse subs little crowded not much park in now down the road the small work out anytime will eventually closed down and their will be that 1 big new fancy workout anytime<-it supposed to rivalry planet fitness in my city wait and see

and when i try to reset it, it tells me my account is temporarily locked. so i can't even get in to change the password.

watching it (finally) rain

we've been needing rain for about 2 weeks (maybe more). and today it finally started raining. now the plants don't look wilted and i don't have to water them.

oh...i'm also messing around in horizon: zero dawn. i have the plat, but i just keep going back to run around, kill more machines, etc. i'm actually on a play-through of a new game+ so i can get that trophy knocked out. the next (and last) one is a play-through on ultra hard. definitely NOT looking forward to that, lol.

just finished with some exercising and replacing a couple bulbs in the fluorescent light downstairs. when those last ones go out, i'll be changing it over to an led fixture. then all but one room (1 more bedroom), and my shop, will have led lights.

Studying my C EP 110 textbook before early dinner and then work. I can just tell by my horrific lack of notes for my classes so far and some of my recent assignment grades that I need to start taking my schoolwork more seriously. Gotta try to study more after work, even if it's harder to stay awake then. Might need to look into studying at the gym but not sure what that would take.
