I absolutely love JT (the original, sad we even have to say that nowadays). My sister took me to see him for my very first concert ever at The Beacon Theatre in NYC around 1985-ish and I was hooked on going to see live music ever since.

Nothing compared to getting a Texas drivers license brother. I’m currently sitting in the lobby on my second run. I had to go home to and grab my birth certificate, social security card and a couple of other things to prove my identity

Dinner & movie with the fiancee and eldest niece
She broke into the apartment to surprise us with some homemade 3 cheese ravioli while we were out earlier. Dinner was good but this movie (the Carrie remake) she choose is horrible! Atleast the wine she served with dinner is making it a little better

Waiting on the dinner I ordered at red lobster. We've been here an hour already. Appetizers were done and taken away at 9:30. This is getting boooorrrriiiinnngggg.

So it sounds like you guys patched things up? You're more forgiving than I am. If someone I loved just moved out while I was at work without a warning, they'd never hear from me again.

Going to be getting ready to go to our granddaughters 12th birthday party.

And ( as always it seems ) we get a last minute call asking us to brings things that should of already been gotten for the party.

Sure, we'll plan at the last minute to leave even sooner than we had wanted to, to go shopping for you ( for party supplies )
than drive the hour it takes us to get there to the party, but get there even sooner than we had planned ( instead of just getting to the party when it starts )
since we now have items that are for the party itself

But it's for the grand-kids

ARGH!!! stuff like that really irks me. like.....REALLY BAD!

yes, you obviously do what you can for grandkids...but those last-minute things like that really get under my skin.

Just watched my buddy win his first round in this local tennis open he's playing. The guy he beat played for UCLA years ago so definitely a good first round win.
